I have retconned portions of Chapter Three which pertain to the Evelyn subplot. This plot was never made and never happened. Evelyn does not know Alex, nor does Alex know Evelyn. If any of you find any mention of this plot in posts, let me know about it so that I can edit it out.
If left in, the plot would have potentially destroyed the game. Alex would have to be either Chaotic Stupid or Stupid Evil to go through with it. Furthermore it would destroy crew unity. It can't be left in, so I cut it out. However, the series of events is otherwise stable; everyone's characters are shoving guns in Alex's face in the hallway, we were just attacked by hunters, and everyone is quite confused. We will continue from here. I have spoken with Vith, and Evelyn can be introduced in a different way.
I apologize for this whole problem. It was bad planning and bad GMing on my part. I hope you guys will accept this and not flame me too badly. XD

Suddenly, there were more noises. This time, they could hear it clearly. Another party was approaching from the fire escape. Apparently they were quite valuable targets. And that's when it hit him. Of course they were valuable targets. All of them had bounties. Douglas came to mind first, but he was hardly the only one. Jericho was probably wanted on ten planets. Wolfram would be wanted by an entire Imperial House. And that was to say nothing of his own actions on Arkhovain. They really were outcasts.
"We've got to withdraw to a defensive position," Alex said. "Either we hold out here or approach the ground. Ideas?"

OOC: Sorry guys, but it's time for a retcon.
The plan involving Evelyn is unsalvageable, unbelievable, damaging to the game, and out of character for both Alex and Evelyn, and so it has been scrapped.
We are still attacked; your characters find themselves in the hotel, after being shot at, inside a hallway wondering what's up. The impact will be minimal upon characters who are not Alex or Evelyn.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This is poor GMing.

Darius was suddenly ambushed by Matthias' embrace. He was startled for a moment, having just been stared at by a police officer, but he returned the hug after a short period of shock. He had a long history of cleaning up Matthias' messes; the pair had a sort of understanding in this regard. For now, however, he was glad to be alive.
When the hug ended, and Darius returned to reality, he became quite cross. "Captain, the longer we stay here, the more chance we'll get intercepted anyway. I recommend that we move out. Also, yes. Scotch."
