Kagame Kozuko (Onikaze)

06 April 2012 - 02:04 PM

Do you solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and affirm that the information you shall give shall be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

Why would I do that? If you didn't trust me already, I probably wouldn't be here. Hmph, besides that, you apparently need my help, otherwise it would be the same situation. So, perhaps I should ask you that question instead, no?

Name, sex, birthdate, age, and place of birth, please.

Yeah, whatever. You should already know who I am. Kagame Kozuko. Sex? Yes please. If that doesn't satisfy you, I'm a male. Who cares about my birthdate? I'm twenty two.  I was born in Kobe, Japan.

What is your life story?

I already told you I was born in Kobe, Japan. My parents ran a traditional shrine, so I was raised as the shrine apprentice. What most people don't know, is that my family is old. The Kozuko name runs back centuries, and we think past that. I suppose if you really must know, our family is a line of Exorcists who use the techniques handed down to us to banish ghosts and other malevolent beings who threaten people.

What, you've never heard of them? Don't believe in ghosts much, do you. They're real, just like the spirits of the land. Bet you've never heard of them either. Well, unlike the rest of my family, I was chosen. Oh, right, you don't believe in this stuff do you. Fine, not my concern. It was the Spirit of the Wind that chose me as the guardian to his domain. To this day, I'm not certain as to why I was cursed with this existence. Hah, some might call it a blessing, and I suppose that I do. But to the rest of my family, this was a curse like no other. You see, throughout the generations, the Kozuko's have always been contracted with the Spirit of Water. There are several branch families of the Kozuko that also share in the power of the original contract. That's why I was a disgrace.

When it was found I didn't have any powers to do with water, I was banished.

Well, I showed them that I was stronger then them. I was the first new contractor in over a thousand years. I suppose you could say that my family was further disappointed with me for making a contract. I could care less. I journeyed through Japan, visiting shrines and performing Exorcisms with my new found powers. It was at a way-shrine where I met Soujiro Minamoto. We started talking, and quickly became friends. At that point, we decided to travel Japan together, visiting shrines and performing Exorcisms when needed. I was probably fifteen when we met.

Probably a few years after we met that my so called family intervened again. They tried to kill me. Yeah, some disgrace I must have been, huh? Well, they didn't have the power to do it. Their contract was old, weak. The branch families that attempted to kill me were put into the hospital. No, I didn't kill anyone. I hate killing. Seems its not really a problem for my family though.

It was some time after they tried to kill me to cover up the "mess" as they called it that I left Japan and came here. Heh, I suppose you could say that I'm like a black sheep of the Kozuko name.

Oh yeah, I also know why I'm here, should we discuss that?

What skills do you possess, excluding your powers?

Hah, I'm sure you'd love to know this. I'm a computer hacker. Sue me. You would be surprised at how easily police databases can be cracked into. Not only that, but the Government records are relatively insecure as well. Did you know that your fire wall has holes in it? No? I bet you do now. What does MI5 want with us anyways? Yes, I said us. I know about the others you have here, asking the same questions you're asking me. So, out with it.

What powers do you possess?

I thought we discussed this already. I can control and read the flow of Wind. So much so that I can attack with it, fly, the usual.

What is your "superhero" identity?

Thought you people already knew this. It's Onikaze. In English that'd be translated as Demon of the Wind.

Why I Hate Aeriagames

30 January 2012 - 05:50 PM

Be prepared, long rant incoming.

I started playing on Grand Fantasia over two years ago. It's an MMO published and operated by Aeria Games. Back then, Aeria was actually a pretty decent company. Their games were all topnotch, their support was superior to almost every other publishing company out there (almost...), and the staff and community was friendly. Grand Fantasia used to be an amazing game.

Now? I'm well within the 47% dissatisfaction rating that the players have given Aeria (at time of this posting update). The fact that Aeriagames had a near complete security meltdown, which required them to force reset everyone's password probably started the decline of my liking the service. That was a few weeks ago.

What's worse than that? My main account has been banned 5 times this month alone. Every time that I submit a ban appeal, the appeal is approved and I'm told that it was "Your account was used for selling gold". Really? So anyways, my last ban appeal was probably three or four days ago. I was on the account last night for the guild wars. Today, I go to try to log in: "This account is blocked."

I mean seriously? This is now the 6th ban in under a month. I know that they're not getting into my account from -my- side. In fact, my most recent password was something along the lines of (fL^d@s`1. Not only that, but I know there are no keyloggers on my system. So, I'm forced to believe that it is Aeria's shittastic security service (which has been one of the highlights for reasons for their poor rating). You would figure a company with millions of dollars could find a security program worth two shits to code a proper security system for them, but no. Why? Cause Aeria doesn't give a damn about their customers or players. So you know what? I'm fighting back. I'm sick and tired of being kicked, beaten, and bruised by Aeria. I'm tired of having to appeal bans. So you know what? I quit. Not only did I quit, I rage quit.

Quote

I've had it with you people. This is the fourth time in under a month where my account has been blocked, and I'm starting not to care anymore. Every last time it has been "Your account may have been selling gold", with what, all of the 50g I had on the account until I got lucky on o-clay? It appears to me that what Aeria cares about the most is their precious money, and they leave their customers right out of it. I'm done. No more ban appeals, no more giving a damn, it's broken. Good day, Good riddance, Good bye.

So you know what? Aeria can suck it. I'm now going through sites like MMOHut and other such hubs of MMO publisher and rating Aeria as low as I can go. Not only that, I'm considering going to 4chan "If this post is dubs, DDoS aeriagames.com". But, I'm probably more level headed than that. God only knows what would happen if Anon got involved. God forbid they tear Aeria a new one. Maybe it'd give Aeria a new conduit and a lesson in how they've been treating their customers.

Whatever.

Alright, this is a game. See how far down you can get through this topic without laughing. Rules of the game 1) You must post if you laughed at any post preceeding yours, and specify which post. 2) You must post an image after 1.

Since no posts precede mine, I haven't laughed.
