[8-bit]

Hey, hi. I'm 8-bit, first time on a forum so be gentle. Brace yourselves, I'm going to copy/paste my 'About Me' for lack of anything else to type...!

I'm a writer with an excess of characters and free time. I'm eager to both participate and host once I learn the ropes. When I'm not doing things, I'm doing things: I love videogames (especially Zelda), drawing and fufill my writing needs on a daily basis. Food to me, as many orphans in England will tell you, is glorious.  

In terms of availability, I can roleplay during the week. Weekends are off-limits for me for a while, but I'll post at least once a day when I can. I'm sure I'll think of many cooler things later, but for now this seems to be all I can think of.

Hello there, 8-bit. As you can see, I am also a staff member at this fine site. My lack of an avatar gives me an air of mystery, or so I like to think. As Vithar said, any questions you have can be directed to a member of the staff, because some of us have very little else to do.

Hey 8-bit (sounds like a GM name I know from somewhere...), most of us are gamers, I know John likes zelda (a lot, obsessive almost), so you'll fit right in.

Welcome to the site, 8-bit.  I'm guessing you'll find it easy to fit in here.  There is no better community of nerds and geeks than this one, I must say.

Oh, and just about everyone likes Zelda here (because who doesn't like Zelda?!), or they just happen to enjoy video games.

Hi...I asm one who is here mainly because I am looking for people to discuss commercially-released RPG's, like DW/DQ and final Fantasy with.

sounds like we might have a little in common.

I'm not really very good at free-playing RPG, which is what this board seems mostly to be.

Me, I would need a lot of hand-holding, direction, and probably just plain to have my role written for me...I need DIRECTION...I am not good at free-associating things and coming up with a script on my own, I am better following a set script someone else came up with...

I came here looking for a place to discuss (especially old-school) RPG's available on Nintendo, Sega, etc.

I have a board I started, but has virtually no traffic, as I have no idea how to make it known this is out there...or some other board that is along the lines of what I am looking for.
