In keeping with some consultation I have had with Archer, I have edited the rules slightly to reword Rule Two (our discrimination policy) to re-emphasize newbie-friendliness, and edited Rule Five (RP standards) to include a link to the new guideline topic. No provisions have changed.

I have also taken it upon myself to fix a few formatting errors in the Rules, and I have edited the Registration Terms (which no-one will ever read) to be extremely clear as to what people agree to when they sign up (and so we can cover our asses really well if shit hits the fan).
