The Welcome Table forum should go to the index, right under the nooblets (I love that term!) documentation forum, so that people can see it straight away and get to their intro posts with a minimum of fuss. Give it a nice inviting description too, for maximum new-people-friendly points and all that.

Discuss, minions valued community members!

EDIT: Just had another idea. Perhaps we could combine the newbie forum and the intro/outro forum to make one grand forum of transit awesomeness.

I do agree with all but the edit., but would like to hear everyone's thoughts on this before proceeding.

Making the noob forums more noticable is probably a good idea, so I'll be fine with any course of action.

Agreed. We don't the neobies to think we don't have a welcome forum despite it being tucked away in a corner.
